Privacy Policy
Last updated July 24, 2026
HANNAH.MFG ("we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect when you use our website, courses, and membership, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
We collect only what we need to run the business and serve you:
- Information you give us. Your email address when you subscribe to our newsletter or free resources; your name, email, and account credentials when you enroll in a course or join the membership; and anything you include when you contact us.
- Payment information. When you purchase, payment is processed by a third-party payment provider. We do not collect or store your full card number. We receive limited confirmation details (such as that a payment succeeded and the associated email).
- Usage information. Basic technical data your browser sends automatically (such as device, browser type, and pages viewed), and, if analytics is enabled, aggregate usage statistics to help us improve the site.
- Course activity. Within the member area, we may record which lessons you've accessed so we can show your progress and improve the material.
How we use your information
- To provide and maintain your account, courses, and membership.
- To process payments and send order confirmations and receipts.
- To send you the resources, updates, and emails you signed up for (you can unsubscribe at any time).
- To respond to your questions and provide support.
- To improve our content, website, and services, and to keep them secure.
- To comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate, and only as needed:
- Payment processing (to complete your purchase and handle refunds).
- Email and communications (to deliver newsletters, resources, and account emails).
- Hosting and analytics (to run the website and understand aggregate usage).
We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights, or in connection with a business transfer. Any provider we use is expected to protect your information and use it only for the services they provide to us.
Cookies and tracking
We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in to the member area, remember preferences, and (if enabled) measure aggregate traffic. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling some cookies may affect how parts of the site work.
Data retention
We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When it's no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.
Your choices and rights
- Unsubscribe. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. You can opt out at any time.
- Access, correction, and deletion. You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it.
- Do not sell/share. We do not sell your personal information.
Depending on where you live (for example, the EU/UK under GDPR or California under the CCPA), you may have additional rights. To exercise any of these, reach us through our contact page and we'll respond within a reasonable time.
Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security, but we work to protect your data and limit access to it.
Children's privacy
Our services are intended for adults and are not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we'll delete it.
International users
We operate from the United States. If you access our services from outside the U.S., your information may be processed in the U.S., where data-protection laws may differ from those in your country.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we'll revise the "last updated" date above. Significant changes may be communicated by email or a notice on the site.
